How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to check the delivery progress with your chosen courier:

Aramex Tracking

• Visit www.aramex.co.za
• Enter your tracking number in the provided field
• View real-time updates on your delivery status

PostNet Tracking

• Go to www.postnet.co.za
• Select “Track My Parcel” and enter your tracking number
• Check your parcel’s location and estimated delivery time

Pep Paxi Tracking

• Visit www.peppaxi.co.za
• Enter your Paxi tracking code
• See where your package is and when it’s ready for collection

Delivery Time Estimates

• Aramex Courier: 1–3 business days (door-to-door delivery)
• PostNet to PostNet: 2–4 business days (collect at your chosen PostNet branch)
• Pep Paxi: 3–7 business days (collect at a Pep store of your choice)
